Instruction to submit abstract and Full Paper

1. Visit http://www.icmcs.org/user/register
2. Fill all the required fields
3. Submit and go to the email address box you input in the field
4. Activate your account in your email box
5. Change the passsword to that of your choice
6. Click Create Content
7. Click Conference Contribution
8.Enter the required fields
9. Click Save
10. Wait for Reviewer's Response
