Production Charges
Publication charges in respect of articles published in journals are becoming widespread, as they help to defray a portion, even if small, of the cost of production and dissemination, and foster sustainability. Funding agencies recognize such charges. The publication charges to be paid by authors are as follows.
Page Charges
This Journal operates a page-charge policy as follows.
Authors supported by a funding agency or grant
There is a page charge of $75 per journal page. This will be invoiced through the author to the author's institution, establishment or agency.
Authors not supported by a funding agency or grant
In the case of an author whose research was not supported by a funding agency, there is a flat page charge of $75 for the first five journal pages and $5 per journal page thereafter. To enjoy this concession, an attestation from the author's institution is required.
Production Charges
These are as follows.
Four-color printing: US$750 per page of color.
Corrections: Charges for corrections of fact are:

$5 per line of type affected by the alteration;

$10 for each page that must be remade.
Authors are not charged for correcting printer's errors, copyediting errors, or reproduction of figures arising from errors in composition.
